All the members are industry veterans with a cumulative experience of over 45 years in Consulting, Legal, IT Product and Service delivery, Project Management across Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Travel and Transportation, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, FMCG and Financial sectors. We form a reliable partnership with our clients, to understand their needs and find the right solution to meet their challenges. Abhy Sen is a Management Graduate with a specialization in HR and an experience of over 20 years, as a Principal Consultant/Solution Architect, Project Manager and extensive experience in HR back office functions having worked in India and abroad and have been associated with primarily some big names in the global market.
Deban counsels’ clients as a trusted advisor and represents in the Board of few companies as well. With over 20 years of experience in corporate legal practice, Deban is a deal specialist in complex transaction related to cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring & insolvency matters. Start-ups and companies in the growth stage benefit from his practical insights in corporate governance, designing intellectual property valuations and leadership building repertoire. He is an Erasmus Scholar and holds a Masters in Law& Economics from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He had also participated in Harvard Business School conducted executive programme and is widely networked with business leaders.
Ade is an experienced Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Professional having over 12years experience in Project Management and large ERP implementation programmes, with a passion for building relationships and exceeding client and management expectations. As a co-founder of Delor Resources, extensively working in a recruiting and consulting career where he brings in formal project management processes to the world of staffing and talent acquisition.
